What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and lead the development of Findem's backend infrastructure, ensuring it is robust and scalable to support our People Intelligence platform. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to your team, guiding them in best practices for software development and system architecture. Your responsibilities will include optimizing system performance and reliability, as well as implementing microservices that enhance our platform's capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and data science, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
