You have a background in accounting automation or a related field, which gives you insight into the complexities of financial contracts. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can translate complex concepts into understandable terms for clients. Your proactive approach helps you identify potential issues before they arise, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You are passionate about empowering clients to focus on strategic, high-value tasks rather than getting bogged down in technical accounting workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take the reins once a deal is signed, managing the onboarding process for new clients. Your mission is to ensure that clients achieve rapid time-to-value, walking away from the onboarding process with a positive impression of FinQuery. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the complexities of our AI-enabled platform and ensuring they understand how to leverage it effectively. You will work closely with various teams within FinQuery to coordinate timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all aspects of the onboarding process are executed flawlessly.

You will also be responsible for gathering client feedback and using it to improve the onboarding experience continually. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress and address any concerns they may have. You will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure that client needs are communicated and addressed in future updates to the platform. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this role, as you will be their advocate within FinQuery.
