You are adept at conducting deep business process analyses to identify areas for automation and augmentation through AI. Your ability to prioritize high-ROI opportunities for AI integration demonstrates your strategic mindset and focus on reducing operational overhead.

Desirable

Experience in the blockchain or digital asset space is a plus, as is familiarity with Generative and Agentic AI technologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the potential of AI to unlock new value for businesses.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the enterprise-wide AI strategy at Fireblocks, reporting directly to the CIO. You will design future-state workflows using Generative and Agentic AI, ensuring they align with business goals and productivity outcomes. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the AI transformation journey, as you guide cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing impactful AI use cases.

You will conduct comprehensive business process analyses across various departments to pinpoint areas ripe for automation and enhancement through AI technologies. Your focus will be on reducing repetitive manual tasks and increasing overall productivity. You will also be responsible for developing innovative AI-driven solutions that elevate business processes and unlock new value for the organization.
