First Resonance is hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure successful adoption of their software solutions. You'll build strong relationships with clients and guide them in maximizing product value. This role is based in Los Angeles.

Who you are
You are a customer-oriented individual with a strong background in customer success management. You excel at building relationships and understanding client needs, ensuring they derive maximum value from software solutions. Your project management skills enable you to oversee onboarding processes effectively, ensuring smooth transitions for new clients. You are proactive in driving product adoption and usage, providing guidance and best practices to clients. You advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product development. You work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for contract renewals and expansions, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. You are adept at resolving issues and acting as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience as they implement our software solutions into their manufacturing workflows. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, serving as their primary point of contact for all post-sales activities. Your proactive engagement with clients will drive product adoption and usage, as you provide them with guidance and best practices. You will advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring their feedback is heard and incorporated into product development efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for contract renewals and expansion within existing accounts, contributing to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. You will also act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams to resolve any issues that arise.
