Your communication skills allow you to effectively liaise with various departments, ensuring that the Test Automation Group's objectives align with the company's strategic goals. What you'll do

As a DevOps Engineer at Five9, you will be responsible for automating the testing of our cloud contact center software using a Python-based automation framework. You will develop new test scripts for end-to-end product testing, ensuring that our software releases meet the highest quality standards. Your role will involve analyzing test results and logs to identify areas for improvement in our automated processes, allowing you to enhance the efficiency of our testing workflows.

You will support and extend our existing automation framework, developing new tools that streamline our testing efforts. Your proactive approach will help detect weak points in our current automated processes, and you will work to eliminate inefficiencies while maintaining control over the effectiveness of our automated flows. You will participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our automation framework and tools through iterative testing and feedback.
