You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on contact center solutions. Your deep domain expertise in CCaaS platforms, omnichannel strategies, and data analysis allows you to effectively translate technical features into compelling customer benefits. You possess strong go-to-market execution skills and have a proven track record of driving sales through effective messaging and positioning.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovations to life. Your ability to craft compelling narratives that highlight differentiation is complemented by your analytical mindset, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You are passionate about customer experience and understand the importance of positioning and messaging in driving business success.
Desirable
Experience in managing product launches and developing sales enablement content is a plus. Familiarity with customer engagement technologies and trends will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and manage the go-to-market strategy for Five9's voice and digital engagement products. This includes crafting strategic messaging that differentiates Five9 from competitors and resonates with contact center leaders. You will oversee product launches, ensuring that all aspects of messaging, positioning, and customer adoption are executed flawlessly.
You will partner with customer-facing teams to create impactful narratives, content, and collateral that drive acquisition, conversion, and expansion. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine messaging and improve product positioning. You will serve as the external "voice of the product," translating technical features into compelling customer benefits that drive sales throughout the funnel.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution. You will also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
