Who you are

You have a strong background in project management, particularly in analytics and reporting, and are adept at coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to standard. You embody Five9's Professional Services values and are comfortable presenting and discussing project details with customers. You are skilled in reviewing Statements of Work and contractual documentation, ensuring internal alignment before project kickoffs. You have experience planning and conducting sales and internal planning meetings to clarify project scope, resource requirements, and identify potential risks and issues.

You excel at facilitating the gathering of requirements and obtaining customer sign-offs during the project implementation process. You are detail-oriented and ensure that project schedules are established and maintained based on identified requirements and tasks.

You have a collaborative mindset, ensuring smooth execution by engineers and data architects for implementing and validating reports, dashboards, and data flows. You understand the importance of effective communication and teamwork in achieving project goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing external analytics and reporting projects, ensuring that client deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and data architects, to facilitate the implementation of reporting solutions. You will review project documentation and ensure alignment before kickoffs, planning meetings, and customer engagements.

You will facilitate requirement gathering sessions and work closely with customers to obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle. You will establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are tracked and completed as planned. Your role will involve identifying risks and issues early on and working collaboratively with your team to address them effectively.
