What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Cortex Management Team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions for the Five9 AI platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features that meet customer needs. Your role will involve software architecture, design, implementation, testing, and documentation across the full stack.

You will participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring the services you deliver are reliable and performant. Staying current with cutting-edge technologies is essential, as you will partner with the product team to turn innovative ideas into production-ready solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience, making it more enjoyable and efficient.
