What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in developing the next generation of Five9’s modern SaaS platform, focusing on enhancing the Contact Center application. You will contribute to building a highly available and reliable infrastructure for microservices, ensuring that the platform can handle demanding enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include developing identity and access management systems capable of managing OAuth and security tokens, which are essential for protecting customer identities.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and capabilities, constantly innovating to meet the needs of the market. Your role will involve applying your expertise in cloud computing and software technologies to enhance the platform's performance and reliability. You will also be responsible for testing and managing the software to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and security.
