What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at HackerRank, you will play a pivotal role in the Integrations Team, responsible for designing and building the pipelines that enable seamless data flow between HackerRank products and third-party tools. You will work closely with product managers and other engineers to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve not only coding but also participating in architectural discussions and making decisions that impact the overall direction of the integrations.

You will be expected to lead technical initiatives, ensuring that the integrations are scalable, resilient, and easy to use. This includes writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to uphold the team's high standards. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production, ensuring that our customers have a smooth experience when using our integrations.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the team's culture by fostering collaboration and encouraging open communication.
