What you'll do

Your role will involve writing high-quality code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable services that handle millions of customer interactions annually. Your work will directly impact the customer experience, as you create solutions that enhance agent productivity and improve service reliability. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging, addressing any issues that arise in production environments to maintain system integrity.
