What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II, you will be part of an agile team responsible for designing and developing a global voice platform that is scalable and highly available. You will apply your knowledge of performance and scalability principles to ensure that our voice capabilities meet the demands of our customers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work on developing native applications for macOS and Windows, as well as web-based applications using the latest web technologies.

Your role will involve close interaction with customers to understand their needs and quickly address any concerns they may have — this direct feedback will be invaluable in continuously enhancing our products. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of our development processes, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and performance.
