What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Five9, you will lead the development of innovative cloud contact center solutions that enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate with product engineering teams to design and implement practical AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into our existing product stack.

You will be responsible for architecting and developing features that leverage the latest cloud technologies and AI services. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to ensure high standards of quality across the team.
