What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on driving and delivering multiple complex programs simultaneously across the Five9 organization. You will work closely with product engineering, product management, and various business operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of programs. Your responsibilities will include building the technological knowledge necessary to assess readiness through effective communication and reviews. You will also be responsible for establishing commitments from dependencies and ensuring that all teams are aligned on project goals and timelines.

You will play a crucial role in evangelizing how tech teams are building and architecting the latest innovations to support Five9's product offerings.
