What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes. You will partner with product and customer success teams to align content with customer needs and business objectives. Your role will involve developing advanced eLearning modules that facilitate customer training and product adoption. You will also work on content strategy, ensuring that all documentation adheres to established standards and style guides. You will drive the integration of documentation into the development process, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that content is updated in line with product changes. Your contributions will help empower customers to use Five9's software products with confidence, enhancing their overall experience.
