What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the content program for Elastic Cloud, developing a comprehensive strategy that supports product discovery, trial, onboarding, and adoption. You will work closely with product teams to identify key topics and create a content calendar that aligns with product launches and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include producing high-quality technical content, such as documentation, tutorials, and use-case studies, that showcase the capabilities of Elastic's products.

You will analyze customer feedback and usage data to refine your content strategy, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of users. Collaboration with external partners and customers will be essential as you gather insights and feedback to enhance content effectiveness.
