You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible to end-users. Your experience includes planning and delivering documentation projects, from drafting content to conducting peer reviews and final publishing. You are comfortable using tools like Confluence and GitBook to manage documentation workflows and ensure version control.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain clear, user-centric documentation for Five9's cutting-edge Customer Experience platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior technical writers to gather technical information and update documentation based on new product features. Your responsibilities will include planning documentation projects, drafting content, and ensuring that all materials adhere to company style guidelines. You will also analyze user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the clarity and usability of the documentation.

You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that users have access to comprehensive and easy-to-understand documentation. Your work will directly contribute to helping users succeed with Five9's solutions, making their interactions with the platform more effective and enjoyable.
