You possess a strong understanding of corporate policies and record management — your experience enables you to build and implement processes that support the legal function of the organization. You are comfortable working with various technologies and tools, including Ironclad, SimpleLegal, and Coupa, which enhance your efficiency in managing legal documentation and workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide crucial support to the Corporate Legal function at Fivetran — you will be responsible for managing corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Associate General Counsel and other team members to operationalize corporate processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the legal team. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining corporate records, and assisting in the management of legal projects.

You will also engage with various stakeholders across the organization to facilitate communication and ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business operations. Your ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities will be essential as you support the legal team in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-person collaboration with remote flexibility.
