You have a strong background in customer support management, ideally with experience in technical environments. Your experience includes managing support operations, ensuring adequate coverage, and driving day-to-day activities effectively. You are skilled in working with Java applications and have a solid understanding of database and API support, which allows you to guide your team in resolving complex customer issues.

You thrive in a dynamic environment and are adept at strategic thinking, which enables you to identify areas for improvement in support operations. Your leadership style is inclusive, and you prioritize the professional growth of your team members, providing them with the necessary training and resources to succeed. You are also comfortable working in fixed shift timings and can adapt to the needs of the business, including optional 24x7 rotations.

What you'll do

As the Support Manager, you will lead the Bangalore support team, focusing on improving operational performance and customer satisfaction. You will manage daily support operations, including scheduling, training, and ensuring that your team is equipped to provide exceptional service. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the support processes and product offerings, ensuring that customer data is handled efficiently and effectively.
