What you'll do

As the Manager of Customer Success, you will be responsible for defining and standardizing the execution of core Customer Success Manager playbooks across the customer lifecycle. You will collaborate with Customer Success Operations to utilize data insights for refining engagement strategies and driving process efficiencies. You will also act as the escalation point for high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

You will lead your team in achieving key performance indicators, including Time to Value and Customer Health Score improvements. Your role will involve regular interaction with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are receiving maximum value from Rubrik's products. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
