You possess strong networking skills, enabling you to build and maintain talent pools of high-caliber technical candidates. Your ability to develop relationships and keep track of potential future hires is crucial in ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. You are detail-oriented and organized, managing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and engage talent for technical product and software engineering roles. You will leverage various sourcing strategies and tools to find top-tier candidates, ensuring they align with Fivetran's mission and culture. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing talent pipelines, actively networking, and building relationships with potential candidates.

You will also be responsible for screening candidates to ensure they meet the technical requirements of the roles you are sourcing for. Your expertise in understanding the technical landscape will be essential in evaluating candidates' skills and experiences. You will work closely with Hiring Managers to provide insights on candidate fit and help facilitate the interview process.
