Who you are
You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in the tech industry, where you've successfully owned product areas and driven significant improvements. Your background includes a strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools, and you are passionate about making complex data simple for users. You thrive on technical challenges and enjoy collaborating with engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. You possess a data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are also familiar with AI technologies and how they can be integrated into product development to enhance functionality and user engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and evolve the Monitoring & Observability product area, ensuring that Fivetran's offerings remain user-friendly as they scale. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features that enhance customer experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand customer needs, analyzing product performance metrics, and iterating on product features based on feedback. You will also be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new features, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams in sprint planning and execution, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
