Desirable

Experience with AI technologies and their application in product development is a plus. Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes will help you understand customer needs better. What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the Monitoring & Observability product area, ensuring that our customers have the insights they need to manage their data pipelines effectively. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create a seamless observability experience that scales with our growing capabilities. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends. You will also be responsible for setting success metrics and analyzing product performance to drive continuous improvement. Engaging with our largest customers to understand their needs and challenges will be a critical part of your role, allowing you to advocate for their requirements in product development discussions. You will lead cross-functional teams in executing product initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
