Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on data platforms and integrations. You understand the nuances of reverse ETL and have a strong grasp of how data can drive business decisions. Your background includes working closely with engineering and design teams, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and market trends.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform product decisions and measure success effectively.
Desirable
Experience with data integration tools or platforms is a plus. Familiarity with analytics and automation use cases will help you excel in this role. A passion for making data accessible and actionable for users is essential.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Fivetran, you will lead the development of innovative features that enhance our data platform. You will work closely with the Census team to integrate their reverse ETL capabilities into Fivetran's offerings, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your role will involve defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
You will conduct user research to gather insights and feedback, using this information to refine product strategies and improve user experiences. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
