You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing data products or platforms. You understand the intricacies of data processing and have a proven track record of delivering impactful products that meet customer needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you can translate complex requirements into actionable plans. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineering teams to ensure product alignment with user needs. You are data-driven, using metrics to guide your decisions and prioritize the product roadmap effectively.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Fivetran, you will take ownership of the Data Processing Engine, a critical component of our platform that facilitates seamless data integration for thousands of customers. You will engage directly with customers to understand their unique data requirements, which will inform the product roadmap and feature prioritization. Your role will involve collaborating with other product managers and engineering teams to ensure that the system supports various use cases while maintaining a balance between usability and functionality. You will lead initiatives to enhance the product's capabilities, driving improvements that increase customer satisfaction and retention.
