What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining Fivetran's test automation framework — you will collaborate with the Database Connector team to implement features that improve the quality of the product. Your work will involve utilizing various non-UI open-source libraries to add framework support for product development teams, enabling them to incorporate end-to-end tests seamlessly. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the automation standards are upheld across the quality engineering team, guiding them to become best-in-class automation engineers.

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices within the organization — your insights will help shape the direction of the testing strategy, ensuring that it evolves with the latest technologies and methodologies. By coaching quality engineers, you will foster a culture of excellence in automation, encouraging your team to adopt best practices and innovative approaches to testing.
