You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering, ensuring that all teams can effectively utilize Salesforce to meet their needs.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce certifications or advanced Salesforce features is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes and a strong analytical mindset will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for evolving Fivetran's Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of a rapidly scaling global business. You will work closely with the Revenue Excellence team and other stakeholders to implement best practices for systems integration across the SFDC ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include conducting design and code reviews, contributing to architectural designs, and mentoring your team to ensure the technical excellence of the services you own.

You will also play a key role in ensuring that Salesforce serves as the organization's source of truth, collaborating with various departments to align their needs with the capabilities of the platform.
