What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for evolving Fivetran's Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of a growing global business. You will collaborate with the Revenue Excellence team and various stakeholders to implement best practices for systems integration across the SFDC ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the technical excellence of your team through rigorous design and code reviews, contributing to architectural designs, and mentoring junior engineers.

You will also play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce platform, ensuring that it remains a reliable source of truth for the organization. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and marketing teams, enabling them to leverage data for better decision-making. You will be involved in high-visibility projects that require a deep understanding of both technical and business needs, making your contributions vital to the company's success.
