Who you are
You have a proven track record in leading creative teams and developing impactful marketing strategies β your experience spans various media, including digital, print, and video. You understand the importance of brand consistency and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all creative outputs align with the company's mission and values. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life. Your leadership style fosters creativity and encourages team members to push boundaries while maintaining a focus on results.
You possess strong storytelling abilities, translating complex concepts into engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Your background in FinTech or related industries gives you a unique perspective on how to communicate effectively with users about financial products. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making, using insights to guide creative direction and measure the success of campaigns.
What you'll do
As the Creative Director at Flex, you will build and lead the in-house Creative Studio, responsible for elevating the Flex brand through high-quality creative work. You will oversee the production of marketing materials across various channels, including paid ads, website content, and lifecycle marketing templates. Your role will involve collaborating with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure that all creative outputs are on-brand and impactful.
You will lead brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, guiding your team in developing innovative concepts that align with Flex's mission of providing flexibility in rent payments. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the studio, empowering team members to take ownership of their projects and contribute to the overall success of the brand.
In addition to overseeing creative production, you will also be responsible for establishing processes and best practices that enhance efficiency and quality within the studio. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into compelling creative solutions that drive user engagement and brand loyalty.
