You are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including general managers and functional leaders, to define and operationalize strategic priorities. Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions that drive results. You understand the importance of aligning operational cadence with strategic objectives, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive.

What you'll do

As the Director of Strategy & Operations, you will lead the Housing division's most critical initiatives, acting as the execution owner for projects that have a significant impact on the company's growth. You will collaborate with the GM and other leaders to translate high-level goals into executable plans, ensuring that the team is aligned and focused on delivering measurable outcomes. Your role will involve defining operational processes that support strategic priorities, establishing success metrics, and monitoring progress to ensure accountability.

You will be responsible for driving the execution of large initiatives, from initial strategy development through to delivery. This includes identifying key performance indicators, tracking progress, and making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in fostering collaboration and ensuring that everyone is aligned on objectives.
