You are detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of tax processes and controls, which will help you design and implement new procedures for the tax function.

What you'll do

As the Tax Manager, Compliance at Flex, you will be responsible for partnering with our outsourced tax provider to ensure compliance with all tax regulations. You will shape Flex's overall tax strategy and design new processes and controls to strengthen compliance and financial reporting. Your role will involve interfacing heavily with various teams, including finance and legal, to ensure that tax operations are efficient and effective. You will have the opportunity to influence the company's growth and operational maturity through your expertise in tax management.
