Who you are
You have extensive experience in product design, ideally with a focus on financial services or consumer products. Your design thinking skills are complemented by a strong ability in interaction design and visual design, allowing you to create user-friendly solutions that address complex problems. You are passionate about improving the lives of users, particularly those facing financial hardships, and you understand the importance of creating accessible and fair financial services. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable taking ownership of projects from conception to execution. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of renters, and using those insights to inform your design decisions. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision. You will also be responsible for presenting your designs to stakeholders and incorporating feedback to refine your work. Collaboration will be key, as you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that your designs are implemented effectively and meet the needs of users. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process and outcomes.
