What you'll do

As a Staff Product Designer at Harvey, you will take ownership of the design process for various projects, guiding them from initial concept through to final implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the design aligns with the overall product strategy and vision, working closely with product managers to define success metrics and track the impact of your designs. Your ability to communicate design rationale and advocate for user needs will be crucial in fostering a user-centric culture within the organization. You will mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles, while also contributing to the development of design systems and best practices within the team.
