You are a highly motivated and diligent Senior Accountant with a solid understanding of revenue accounting processes. You possess strong communication skills and are adept at problem-solving, allowing you to navigate complex financial scenarios effectively. Your curiosity drives you to challenge the status quo and enhance existing processes, documentation, and controls. You have experience working with data analysis and reconciliation across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial reporting.

Desirable

Experience in a FinTech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with order-to-cash processes. You are comfortable leveraging technology to design future state processes that improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute critical close work streams related to Flex’s order-to-cash process, including revenue recognition, accounts receivable management, and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis. You will develop high-quality accounting work papers and perform detailed analysis to ensure that financial results are complete and accurate on a monthly basis. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing processes and controls, contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting function. Your insights will help shape the future of Flex’s accounting practices, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve reporting accuracy.
