What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the Payments platform team, overseeing the development and maintenance of systems that facilitate customer transactions, fund collection, and refunds. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the payment experience is seamless and user-friendly, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
