What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II at Flex, you will be responsible for the development of our core user experience across mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features that meet the needs of our users. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure the highest quality standards. You will also be involved in testing and debugging applications to ensure they perform well under various conditions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the architectural decisions that shape our product and help scale our offerings as we grow. You will work in an agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to align with your team on priorities and deliverables. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience and help us achieve our mission of providing flexibility to renters.
