What you'll do

As an Air Operations Associate at Flexport, you will execute end-to-end air shipments, which involves receiving bookings and coordinating with shippers, consignees, and agents to arrange shipments according to standard operating procedures. You will input data into the system to create files, complete necessary documentation such as Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and House Air Waybills (HAWB), and ensure the correct and timely handling of files. Your role will be crucial in maintaining communication with various partners to keep shipments on track and drive efficiency in the supply chain.
