Flexport is hiring an Air Operations Associate to ensure smooth and timely air freight movements for customers. You'll coordinate with airlines and internal teams to drive efficiency in supply chain execution. This role is based in Hanoi.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including airlines and trucking partners. You are comfortable working with data and technology, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution of shipments. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can handle the challenges that come with managing air operations in a dynamic industry.
What you'll do
As an Air Operations Associate, you will execute end-to-end air shipments, starting from receiving bookings to coordinating with shippers, consignees, and agents. You will input data into the system to create files, ensuring that all documentation, including Mawb and Hawbs, is completed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for handling files and submitting necessary electronic data interchange (EDI) as required. Your role will involve daily communication with airlines and trucking partners to keep shipments on track, ensuring that all operations align with standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will also contribute to driving efficiency and volume growth across the Vietnam gateway, playing a key role in delivering seamless supply chain execution.
