Flexport is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead Billing & FinTech integrations for their Omnichannel Fulfillment division. You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on financial technology or logistics. You understand the complexities of billing systems and have a track record of transforming intricate processes into seamless user experiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and finance. You are adept at stakeholder management and can articulate product vision and strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager for Billing & FinTech Automation, you will own the financial engine that powers Flexport's logistics ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to build a billing infrastructure that is as fast and reliable as the physical supply chain. You will lead the development of automated financial transactions that simplify complex logistics events, ensuring that billing is accurate and efficient.
You will work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features that align with business goals. Conducting user research and analyzing customer feedback will be essential to refine the product and enhance user experience.
