You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS environment, where you've successfully led product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. You excel at gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and you have a strong ability to define product vision while aligning it with the company's overall strategy and goals. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product development process.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product strategies and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your analytical mindset helps you make data-driven decisions, and you are comfortable using metrics to measure product success and customer satisfaction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of highly-regulated organizations.

Desirable

Experience in data and information lifecycle management is a plus, as is familiarity with working in highly-regulated industries. You may also have a background in user research or A/B testing, which would enhance your ability to gather insights and iterate on product features effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at RecordPoint, you will take ownership of the product planning and execution process.
