What you'll do
In this role, you will design compelling creative across various campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to bring FloSports' brand and campaigns to life, ensuring that all visual elements are aligned with the company's mission to serve underrepresented sports communities. You will be responsible for creating landing pages and other brand-driven creative that enhances how fans experience the sports they love.
You will participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute your design expertise to help shape marketing strategies. Your role will involve iterating on designs based on feedback and performance metrics, allowing you to refine your work and ensure it meets the needs of the audience. You will also have the opportunity to engage in team-building activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
