Who you are

You have extensive experience in site reliability engineering, with a strong focus on automation and infrastructure management. Your technical expertise allows you to write code and build tools that enhance the efficiency of engineering teams. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with developers to ensure they can ship features quickly and safely.

You possess a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS, and are proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Your experience with GitOps practices enables you to manage infrastructure as code effectively, ensuring that deployments are consistent and reliable.

You are a natural leader, capable of guiding a team of engineers while also contributing as an individual contributor. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly helps bridge the gap between engineering and operations, fostering a culture of shared responsibility for system stability.

Desirable

Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus or Grafana is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and incident management processes will further enhance your ability to contribute to the team.

What you'll do

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at FloSports, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and reliability of our systems.
