What you'll do

As the Developer Relations & Community Lead at Flox, you will be the public face of the company, engaging with software professionals worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to build integrations and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the potential of Flox's platform. You will use these artifacts to teach and inspire others, helping organizations recognize the value of reproducible environments. Your role will involve significant travel, approximately 40-60%, to attend events and engage with the community directly.

You will also be responsible for generating interest in Flox's offerings through advocacy and education, translating community engagement into qualified interest and adoption. This will involve organizing high-impact talks, workshops, and published pieces to enhance Flox's visibility and reputation as a trusted brand. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration, contributing to the overall growth of Flox's ecosystem.
