What you'll do

In this role, you will provide leadership and direction for Forbes' corporate IT operations, overseeing the Helpdesk and Infrastructure teams. You will ensure that all systems are reliable, secure, and efficient, enabling productivity across the organization. You will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that modernize IT operations, leveraging automation and next-generation tools to enhance service delivery.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and ensure that your team is equipped to meet those needs effectively. Regular in-office presence at the Jersey City headquarters is required, as you will be leading a team that is integral to the company's operations.
