What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the Accolades, Studio, and Marketing teams to execute a variety of post-sale deliverables. Your primary focus will be on production design, where you will own the execution of core templates and marketing assets. You will also play a critical role in the development of new Accolades products, helping to bring innovative ideas to market. Your work will directly impact the success of the Accolades business, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all design elements align with Forbes' brand standards and effectively communicate the value of the products.
You will collaborate with senior design leadership to refine creative direction and strategy, allowing them to focus on broader brand evolution while you handle the execution of design projects. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential, as you will be working on high-volume deliverables that require attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
