Who you are

You have a strong background in brand design, with experience in creating scalable and beautiful web experiences that resonate with users. Your expertise in design tools like Figma and Photoshop allows you to craft visually appealing assets that enhance brand presence. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with other designers and creative leads to ensure a cohesive brand identity across various platforms. You understand the importance of user experience and are passionate about creating designs that not only look good but also perform well.

You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that every element of your design aligns with the overall brand strategy. Your ability to adapt and evolve design systems is crucial, as you will contribute to the implementation of the UI design system at WorkOS. You are comfortable working in a fully distributed team and can effectively communicate your ideas and designs to team members across different time zones.

What you'll do

As a Brand Designer at WorkOS, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and elevating the company's brand online. Your primary focus will be on designing web experiences, including marketing pages, product surfaces, and campaign assets. You will collaborate with other designers and the Creative Director to ensure that all designs are not only visually appealing but also aligned with the company's goals and user needs. You will have the opportunity to support broader brand and marketing initiatives, contributing to both digital and non-digital formats.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining design assets that reflect the WorkOS brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Your work will involve iterating on designs based on feedback and performance metrics, allowing you to refine and enhance the user experience continually. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques, sharing your insights and learning from your peers to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
