Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in data analysis, particularly in marketing contexts, and are skilled at translating complex datasets into actionable insights. You understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and can develop audience segmentations for targeted campaigns. Your experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, allows you to maintain data integrity and perform regular quality checks on various data types.

You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools, enabling you to present findings clearly to stakeholders. Your analytical mindset helps you identify trends and patterns in marketing performance, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business challenges. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all your analyses.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and develop segmentations for targeted marketing campaigns. You will maintain data integrity within Salesforce and associated datasets through regular cleansing and standardization processes. Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements into data-focused objectives, establishing and modifying crucial data insights for the marketing and sales teams.

You will draft and maintain marketing database procedures and documentation to ensure process integrity. Additionally, you will analyze marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize campaign strategies. Your insights will directly support the success of the Accolades business, helping to inform decision-making and drive results.
