You are familiar with data pipeline management and have experience using tools like dbt to streamline data workflows. Your analytical mindset enables you to lead high-impact projects that require a blend of technical skills and strategic thinking. You are comfortable presenting your findings to stakeholders and can translate data insights into compelling narratives that influence decision-making. You are passionate about fostering an analytics culture within your team and are always looking for ways to improve processes and best practices.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Fivetran's Marketing organization by analyzing performance data to unlock insights that drive growth. You will lead projects focused on campaign effectiveness and funnel data, ensuring that marketing strategies are data-driven and aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining core marketing metrics, owning key data pipelines, and developing dashboards that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and growth, using your analytical skills to inform marketing strategies. You will also play a key role in shaping the analytics culture within the team, sharing best practices and encouraging data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your ability to communicate complex data insights clearly will be essential as you present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
