You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in healthcare or dental products. You understand the unique challenges faced by dental practices and labs, and you are skilled at engaging with customers to gather insights that inform product development. You are adept at creating strategic roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs, ensuring that your products meet market demands. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements. You are comfortable prioritizing product development efforts and managing the performance of a product portfolio, utilizing analytics to recommend improvements and strategic changes. You are a proactive problem solver who can work autonomously while also being a team player.
What you'll do
As the Dental Product Manager at Formlabs, you will be responsible for identifying immediate and upcoming customer needs within the healthcare and dental verticals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear product requirements and prioritize product development efforts. Your role will involve creating detailed product specifications and managing the market performance of the dental product portfolio. You will utilize internal tools to monitor customer feedback, support, and analytics, recommending improvements and planning strategic changes based on your findings. You will engage with dental practices and labs to understand their challenges and develop solutions that revolutionize workflows. You will receive a competitive salary, with an annual base pay range of $105,000—$180,000 USD, depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
