What you'll do
As a Software Product Manager at Formlabs, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of 3D printing technology. You will engage directly with customers to gather insights on their experiences and identify opportunities for product enhancements. Collaborating with the customer service team, you will ensure that customer feedback is effectively integrated into product development. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and align with business goals. Your role will involve overseeing the product lifecycle, from concept through to launch, and you will be responsible for defining success metrics to evaluate product performance.
